We are a full service property management company for single-family homes, condos, townhouses, community associations, and small apartment buildings.  We have reliable and affordable vendors and staff to be responsible for completing any needed task or property repair.  Plus low or no start up costs and very low monthly management at only $75.00 per unit and depending on the monthly rent.

    • Negotiate lease agreement including legal disclosures 
    • Inspection and Accounting for Tenant Move-in and Move-out 
    • Fee: 50% of one month’s rent
